Roasted potatoes and leeks. Roasted broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper and parmesan.

@Gokatie92 i have had that! i had Chicken nuggets made out of it :) (it was delicious!) and i was right! made of mushroom (or fungus haha) .

@KelseyGreenberg Quorn is the greatest thing ever! Perfect for everyone (even vegans!!!) it's a meat substitute, doesn't really have a taste to it, not mushroomy just meaty, only not :D

@KelseyGreenberg I usually have quorn over meet, similar texture, good taste and best of all, very low in fat ^_^

@Gokatie92 exactly! :D haha. I usually eat meat when I go out to eat or when its like a special occasion. But day to day, nope! Plus its cheaper to have your food be veggie based!

@KelseyGreenberg I like eating vegetarian food most of the time as well!! Though it does need to be said, it is really difficult to turn down a nice sloppy cheese burger :P

@monkikoy it's really yummy this way!!! Roasted with olive oil salt and pepper. Topped with a pinch of Parmesan.
