step 1 - be on GMR at least 8 hours a day.
Step 2 - talk to everyone (like you already do)
Step 3 - have at least 1,000 pictures over the last 8 months.... haha. All with clever (or not so clever) voting options.
Step 4 - post 1-4 pictures a day... but never close together (people will often only comment/vote/rate on ONE of them if they see multiple. So save them for when different groups of people are on haha.
