PiperBlurred / over a week ago LIKE @Gokatie92 That's the problem. There are no shelters here. People are kind of primitive when it comes to stray animals. There's the city pound, but they kill the dogs after a few days (it's a very corrupt system where they steal money for euthanasia and then shoot the dogs somewhere outside the city on a hill - the police is working on it). There are a couple of girls who organized their own shelter, I told them about this dog and they're doing their best. :/
