I am an exercise-a-holic and nutrition fanatic! Believe it or not, fast-dieting is not part of my vocabulary, but you must still eat right, exercise routinely, and be mentally strong to stay young and vibrant. Words of wisdom: Think positive and don't be a loser--unless it's losing excess weight of course! I enjoy spending my time analyzing publicly traded companies, talking politics, and bashing those macro economic theorists. And when I am not doing that, I am running Marathons and loving my Yorkie.
